Turn Key Installation
Following construction completion designers will set aside 1-2 weeks for furniture & decor installation. This is done turn key with styling to ensure your home is polished off to perfection!

Documentation & Specification
Refining solutions and developing details. The team has agreed on the design direction. Construction documents are created with further development including all finishes and fixture specifications.

Construction Phase & Furnishing
Designers are on site to ensure the integrity of design is maintained and to act as a liaison with clients and trades. Furniture, window coverings & decor is procured and prepped for installation.

Schematic Design Development
Initial space planning and millwork sketches provided for remarking. Discussions on layout, functionality and circulation. General interior finish recommendations are considered.

Project Discovery
Asking questions, defining goals. We study the space, working out the challenges and key objectives to be addressed. We define the design scope & process, budget and timeline.

Concept Collaboration
Visual concept boards are provided. The team collaborates on the mood, dynamic, style and the overall aesthetic of the space. We discuss the potential for the space and the specific functional requirements of each area.

For the most part yes. We find that full scope projects with our involvement from beginning to end allow us to give our client's both the best experience and the best end result. We love to work on projects from the initial planning stages and like to leave when the very last piece of decor is perfectly positioned.
